Now this is something serious! I got to do something, otherwise, just like other women I’d end up taking diet pills with ephedra! As much as possible, I want to lose weight the natural way and not depend on diet tabs/pills that are usually found/sold in the market these days.

So why whine? Well, I gained a kilo in just a month. Looks like I am competing with my baby who gained almost the same as mine haha!
