Going organic at 30 something

When you are aging, you really could feel the fast changes in yourself. I am actually feeling it now. There’s no way I could still deny the fact that somehow I already need to pay attention to myself, with the food that I eat, the make up that I use and even the type of clothes that I wear.

When I was in my early 20′s, I really don’t care what brand of make up and beauty products I use. Whatever is newly introduced, I usually go for it. But now it doesn’t work that way. Right now, I am in the process of shortlisting beauty products that are most likely organic, e.g. gratiae.

Hope this helps my beauty look like I am still in my 20′s. Teehee!

Typical teenage skin problem

There was a time in my teenage life when I almost cried everytime I see pimples on my face. I tried all the possible solutions like applying acne scar cream, washing my face with tea, rubbing fresh calamansi onto each pimple I see on my face, and many more.

Guess what it cured me? A mild facial soap that I never thought could help me with that problem or could it be the adolescence that every teenagers goes through? Could be huh? At least I’m already over it!

On losing weight

Looking back, I was among the lucky ones who didn’t have to worry about losing weight. I could eat anything I want and not worry the after effect. Well, those days are gone! After giving birth to my eldest, I started gaining weight, to the point that I had to give away some of my pre-pregnancy clothes especially the jeans.

There came my youngest, and the same scenario is happening. Now, I am one of those ladies who tend to check the calories in take from time to time before having them. And worst, I also sometimes check on best weight loss supplements online.

On weight watch

I love how my weight went down drastically. I didn’t have to take any diet weight loss pills at all. My friends would always ask me how I did it, but seriously, I did nothing. Cross my heart. Hope to die. The only thing I can think of that could have affected my weight gained was staying up late almost every night. I eat as much as I want and never worry of any diet. I drink soda almost everyday. I enjoy chocolates and even junk foods. I also drink beer. I guess I could call myself one of the luckiest ones who don’t have to watch on their diet religiously.
