June is the month for weddings and in two months time, some couples will be exchanging vows. At this  moment, I am sure some of them have already purchased the dresses for the entourage and claimed their women and mens wedding bands.

I remember ours were ready 6 months before our big day coz my betterhalf wanted it personalized. He had ours engraved with our names and wedding date.

As much as I like planting, I just could not maintain even one single stem of flower. I get myself contented seeing plants grow beautifully in the gardens. Even if I attempt of first putting it in a planter from SimplyPlanters.com, I won’t succeed. I’m not born and gifted with a green thumb. I tried many times but failed. I feel bad when I see plants die in my hands.

This is the reason why you won’t see live plants placed in our house.

With two consecutive months of having admitted in the hospital, I have seen people in white, majority those who wear nurse uniforms coming in and out of my room. Some are accommodating and approachable while some are also not.

On my first admission, my eldest daughter was able to pay me a visit and got curious about what nurses do. There, she asked me “Mama, what do nurses do? Do they help the doctors?” I said yes. “Do they also touch blood? I said yes. Then, she realized she doesn’t want to be a nurse, nor a doctor simply because she’s doesn’t like touching and seeing blood.
