Prom is approaching and its now time to start looking for a great looking prom dress. For most girls the department store or the nearest hippest boutique will be their only shopping destination, but there are a lot of other places to shop for that perfect dress. One place you should not pass up is the vintage store. There are a lot of gems to be found on a vintage store. It is also the ideal destination when in search for themed dresses. You will surely find a lot of vintage dresses circa 1950s or 1960s. There may also be some from later ears including the 1900s, which has a very distinct style all on its own.
