In Bahrain, most of the companies hold their Annual Staff Party around this time. I have always been appointed as one of the organizers for our company’s party and assigned to getting some sponsorship from the suppliers. Most of them would sponsor promotional pens, stay for two at their hotel, some big companies give cash and home appliances.

I remember the first year where I got BD50 cash from the raffle draw right there and then sponsored by BBK (Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait) while my ex-boyfriend who is now my husband won the same amount but sponsored by a different bank.

Lucky us huh?

When I was still in the hospital, I would always over hear these two nurses on night duty talking about some treatments. At first, I couldn’t understand well but it does sound familiar. Until their next round, I couldn’t help anymore so I butted in.

Got the message! At last! They were talking about some mesothelioma treatments. It made me think that these nurses could also be bloggers, then I suddenly remembered again, well they are nurses and maybe have encountered those words from their colleagues.

All the while I thought it was lipozene that made my cousin slim. She would always tell me that she lost appetite since the day she started taking these pills.

Just recently we found out that she broke up with her boyfriend to think they’ve been together for more than 5 years already and the reason? Third party. He cheated on her. Thrice. With different girls. When she was telling me the story finally, I told her it was all her fault. She would’ve done something right after the first girl but nah! She waited until it really broke her heart. Poor girl! She invested a lot of emotions in that relationship. But you know what, I pity the guy. He just lost a wonderful girlfriend. He’ll get it back one day, I’m sure of that!
