Just yesterday, while we were watching TV at night, I asked my  brother to buy BBQ and pandesal for midnight snack. While eating, he was complaining on backache coz he started going to the gym two days ago. I, then, noticed the amount of food he was taking and told him “it’s useless that you go to the gym, the amount of food you’re eating is the same”.

I wonder if ephedra diet pill will work for him or is this just for women?
