I just learned from Plurk that there has been a Google PR update. I first checked my primary blog When Silence Speaks but I was really disappointed to see that it still has a PR0. Then I checked When Sahmone Speaks, it didn’t change, it still has a PR1. And to my surprise, this blog made a PR3. Cool!

I promise to update it as regular as before heehee! Well, that would happen if Facebook would run a maintenance for a week haha! Anyway, lemme first Google on appetite suppressants. Not for me, for someone else. I don’t need it, I have my FT and RC to suppress my appetite. :p

During the past years I used to wear jeans with a 23 waistline. Now? It’s 28 hahaha! Some would say it’s only 28, but for me it’s something already coz I never worn such eversince.

So who’s to blame? Me, myself and I haha! I can’t seem to control my eating habit. I would sometimes finish 2 packets of potato chips in just one sitting. I would sometimes send my brother out at 12 midnight to buy something to eat.

The moment my husband came last 3 weeks ago, I’ve shown him what else makes me busy when I’m not blogging and chatting online. And when he saw my resto layout, he commented “You are wasting space”. He knows best coz he used to be a Resto Supervisor in Bahrain.

So we sat down together and re-arranged the whole resto as per his experience haha! Here’s how it looks like now:

This photo gave a shock to my bestfriend who now lives in Idaho. She said she just seen my brother last December but never expected he’d gained weight this much. She was teasing my brother over YM that he seriously needs to look for weight loss products. Hahaha! Teased her back that maybe she needs some too LOL!

Seriously, my brother needs to watch his diet. He had been diagnosed high blood recently and given meds for maintenance. At his age of 23, I find it alarming. He’s still young for that. He was also advised for a regular exercise. I’m just glad that he had already started working with me in the same company where he’s required to do physical jobs. At least it could serve as an exercise and help him get fit.
