When I received my birth certificate copies from NSO, there was this brochure enclosed in the envelope:

NSO Birth Certificate Delivery is the largest government teleservices in the Philippines. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week even on Sundays and holidays. It had nationwide coverage for it’s door-to-door deliveries.
