When I received my birth certificate copies from NSO, there was this brochure enclosed in the envelope:

NSO Birth Certificate Delivery is a teleservice project that allows phone-in application and processing of NSO authenticated birth, marriage, death and (certificate of no marriage) CENOMAR certificates. Every Filipino can now enjoy world-class citizen services and save time, effort, and money in the procurement of their NSO certificates.

NSO Birth Certificate Delivery is the largest government teleservices in the Philippines. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week even on Sundays and holidays. It had nationwide coverage for it’s door-to-door deliveries.
